W artykule poruszono problem komunikacji w procesie edukacyjnym oraz dokonano analizy pytań stawianych przez nauczyciela pod kątem ich wartości dla rozwijania myślenia i procesów uczenia się. Zarysowano również założenia amerykańskiej metody modelowania dialogów w klasie Questioning the Author jako alternatywy dla nagminnie stosowanej, antyrozwojowej pogadanki.

The article presents the issue of communication in the educational process and an analysis of questions posed by a teacher with regard to their value to the development of thinking and learning process. It also presents the assumptions of American classroom dialogue strategy Questioning the Author as an alternative to commonly used, anti-developmental traditional classroom talk.
