From the viewpoint of educators in teacher training, we focus on in-service teacher training for cooperation and the learning of cooperative skills. A theoretical framework and three empirical studies are presented, based on projects of teacher training for cooperation. Such projects were aimed at the implementation of personal/social education, the creation of teams of mutual assistance, and the evaluation of the quality of teaching. The text should open a discussion over new attitudes to the study of teacher cooperation, possibly offering a deeper insight into the questions of how to learn collegial cooperation.
