In article the peculiarity of economic-mathematical modelling of principal parameters of the development of national black metallurgy and pipe industry with aim of provides the economical safety in the sustainable development were built. The multifactor economic-mathematical model of cyclical interdependency of the development of the black metallurgy, market of mining and processing raw, coke and chemistry industries, fireproof and pipe industry is developed. The theoretical models of cyclical interdependency of the development of the black metallurgy and pipe industry were confirmed by real statistical dates.
