In this paper author describes two years of experience in the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard in Wirtualna Polska S.A. in context of balanced organizational development. Author characterizes construction of BSC in four perspectives and a system of measure weights. Figures show level of balanced development of the organization as a result of setting processes in motion and as a result of increase of the measures.
