Important marketing tool any modern company or brand is Internet marketing. The development of Internet marketing abroad began much earlier than in Ukraine, and thus achievements in this area in many developed countries are more significant. Therefore, for national brands are reasonable to study successful foreign experience, adapt it to local circumstances and watch the foreign trends in online marketing in order to achieve the best results of marketing activities. The article considers the tools and technologies of Internet marketing that have gained the most dynamic distribution and development and were singled out: SMM-marketing, mobile marketing, a new format of e-mail marketing, website brand/company, content marketing. Given that a significant role in business development abroad plays using of content marketing authors examined its trends. The main feature of online marketing abroad can be called the integration of different tools and channels during the campaign. All listed trends are interrelated, so companies recommended to work on several of them in combination
