W artykule przedstawiono wybrane typy konstrukcji systemów emerytalnych oraz pokazano ich wpływ na politykę fiskalną państwa. Zaprezentowano również rozwiązania zastosowane w polskim systemie emerytalnym i prognozowane oraz rzeczywiste koszty funkcjonowania polskiego systemu emerytalnego.

The main aim of this work was to present the impact of Polish social security system on fiscal policy. The article shows the differences between Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution (both Notional Defined Contribution and Financial Defined Contribution) schemes and its influence on fiscal policy. The paper shows the forecast and real costs of Polish social security system.
