Making the analysis of scientific literature we have come to the conclusion that introduction of information and communications technologies in the learning process and curriculum of English and American universities has become a new tendency in modern education. The development of the electronic study, blended learning and Massive Open Online Courses have revolutionized the education system and opened new possibilities for the students providing them with easily accessible and ever-current education to all ages and social backgrounds, regardless of time and geography. E-learning refers to a course, program or degree delivered online. It uses electronic technologies to access necessary material outside of a traditional classroom. It is interactive because the students can communicate with the teachers and with other students. Blended learning defined as education program in which a portion of the traditional face-to-face communication is replaced by web based online learning.
