The paper discusses the role of judicial educators. Their influence on re-creating value hierarchies and teaching future attitudes is dependent of their style of work, which has transformed from disciplinary to human oriented models. Moreover, the author of this paper lists various methods of equalizing charge’s deficits and of fostering self-development as crucial goals of judicial educators.
