The Polish Army of the Second Republic was preparing for a confrontation in future war throughout of the whole interwar period. The tangible symbol of that process was development of mobilization plans in case of aggression of Germany or the Soviet Union by the Polish General Staff. The phenomenon of the plan (code-named “W”), developed since 1935, was its versatility, allowing for its implementation regardless of the direction of the threat, as well as a clause providing for the appointment of reservists classified under individual drafts. The issues of the 1939 mobilization, implementing in the South Eastern Borderlands, falling almost entirely in the Corps District No. 6, have not been exhaustively analyzed to this day. While the August 1939 implicit mobilization course (in alarm mode) is better known, there appear more inconsistencies regarding the implementation of the general mobilization. This research paper is intended to possibly fill the existing gaps. It is known that the alarm mobilization for two Polish Army units of the Corps District No. 6 terrain was already announced on August 23, whereas for others in whole or in part on August 27. The general mobilization was ordered on August 29, then canceled and re-ordered on August 30, starting from August 31, which meant that all units stationing in Corps District No. 6 proceeded to the execution of the mobilization. The author focused particularly on showing the degree of appearance of the appointed reservists - both Poles and representatives of other nationalities, the atmosphere of the individual units, organization of farewell parades and effects of animal and equipment requisition among local population. Besides, the author presents precise tasksimposed by the mobilization plan on each unit and the time necessary to complete mobilization, parallel conducting of exercises and loading transportations to concentration points

Польская армия Второй Речь Посполитой готовилась противостоять будущей войне. Материальным символом этой подготовки стали разрабатываемые Генеральным штабом мобилизационные планы в случае агрессии Германии или Советского Союза. Настоящим феноменом являлся разрабатываемый с 1935 года универсальный план под кодовым названием «W», которого можно ыло осуществлять независимо от направления риска, дающий возможность тайного призвания резервистов в индивидуальным режиме. Вопросы связанные с мобилизацией в 1939 году на територии Юго-Восточных Кресов, почти полностью входящие в военный округ 6-го Корпуса, по сей день не подвергались исчерпывающему анализу. Более известен ход неявной мобилизации (в аварийном режиме) в августе 1939 года, однако, что касается осуществления всеобщей мобилизации остается все еще много неясностей. Задача этой статьи – заполнить по-возможности существующие пробелы. Известно, что мобилизация для нескольких воинских частей из района воен-ного округа 6-го Корпуса была уже объявлена 23 августа, а для остальных - полностью или частично - 27 августа. В свою очередь, 29 августа объявлили всеобщую мобилизацию, а потом ее отменили, чтобы 30 августа снова ее объ-явить, что означало начало осуществления мобилизационных заданий всеми воинскими частями, находящимися в районе военного 6-го Oкруга Корпуса. Особое внимание автора было сосредоточено на показании высокой сте-пени мобилизации резервистов - поляков и представителей других национальностей, а также атмосферы в воинских частях, организации прощального парада, результатов реквизиции животных и техники среди местного населения. Кроме того, описаны задачи, наложенные на отдельные воинские части относително сроков завершения мобилизации и параллельном проведении учений и выездов в места концентрации.
