This study investigated and analyzed the bilingual goals, contents, implementation, and evaluation in a Uygur-Chinese kindergarten in the Hotan area of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in China. By using the methods of interview and observation, the research found that the goals of Uygur- Chinese preschool bilingual education are unclear, the suitable bilingual textbooks are limited, and the evaluation is too simple. In addition to this, in order to improve the bilingual education in this kindergarten, some suggestions are provided.
