W pierwszej części artykułu autor omówił zmiany, które zostały dokonane w systemie kształcenia ogólnego Berlina – miasta/landu. Następnie scharakteryzował przedmioty nauczania, które zawierają cele i treści z zakresu edukacji ogólnotechnicznej w szkołach ogólnokształcących. Zasadnicza część artykułu została poprzedzona krótką wzmianką dotyczącą historii miasta.

In the first part of the article the author confers on the changes that were made to the general education system in the city state of Berlin. Subsequently, he characterized the taught subjects that comprehend the aims and contents of the general technical education in secondary schools. The main part of the article was preceded by a short note on the history of the city.
