Niniejsze opracowanie prezentuje aspekty psychologiczne w zarządzaniu organizacją. W artykule dokonano charakterystyki ujęcia przedsiębiorczości. Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja cech przywódczych menedżera oraz osobowościowych w sytuacjach kryzysowych. Przyjęto w pracy następującą tezę: przypuszcza się, że występują różnice w zakresie posiadanych cech przywódczych oraz stanów osobowościowych wśród ankietowanych . Do oceny wyników posłużono się kwestionariuszem ankiety

This paper presents the psychological aspects in the management of the organization. The article presents the characteristics of entrepreneurial approach. The objective of the study is to identify leadership traits and personality manager in crisis situations. Adopted at work the following thesis: it is believed that there are differences in terms of their characteristics and state leadership personality among the respondents. Were used to evaluate the results of the questionnaire survey.
