This paper will describe multiparty negotiations in the insurance area. Author will present and justify three methodological gaps connected with this topic: First about the negotiations in insurance market, second will be lack of comprehensive studies on the specificity of multiparty negotiations, and the last one about multi-party negotiations in insurance market.
