W artykule prezentujemy koncepcję zastosowania technologii inteligentnych kontraktów w celu realizacji idei oraz dostarczenia środków do opracowania i dystrybucji mikroubezpieczeń. W obszarach ryzyka, w których zaproponowanie ochrony jest nierealne przy zastosowaniu normalnych środków, mikroubezpieczenia mogą stanowić racjonalne uzupełnienie oferty ubezpieczeniowej. Inteligentne kontrakty umożliwiają stosowanie automatycznych reguł biznesowych do jednostek pieniężnych denominowanych w kryptowalucie. Uzyskanym rezultatem badawczym jest propozycja architektury rozwiązania informatycznego realizującego model biznesowy polegający na oferowaniu produktów posiadających cechy mikroubezpieczeń. Architektura jako podstawowy komponent wykorzystuje platformę wykonywania inteligentnych kontraktów. W badaniu posługujemy się metodą badawczą badań projektowych (design science).

The article presents the concept of utilizing smart contract technology for the development and distribution of microinsurances. Microinsurance can be aplied in cases when providing security using standard means is impossible or economically irrational. Smart contracts enable the application of automatized business rules to monetary units denominated in cryptocurrencies. The primary result achieved in the research is the proposal of an architecture for solutions allowing the realization of a business model, which consists in creating and distributing products corresponding to the characteristics of microinsurance. The developed architecture is comprehensive and third-party independent. Moreover, it uses a platform for executing smart contracts as its primary component. The research is conducted according to design science method.
