Przedmiotem rozważań w niniejszym artykule jest analiza zastosowania regulacji ustawowych dotyczących kształcenia doktorantów w przepisach regulaminów szkół doktorskich. Artykuł składa się z komparacji części teoretycznej oraz części praktycznej, zawierającej pogłębioną metaanalizę 134 regulaminów szkół doktorskich1 . W zakresie analizy zweryfikowano przepisy regulujące uprawnienia doktorantek i doktorantów z niepełnosprawnościami ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem uregulowań prawnych i wskazaniem pojawiających się na tym gruncie wątpliwości. Przeprowadzone badania pozwoliły uzyskać wyniki, które kolejno mogą stać się przyczynkiem dalszych dyskusji naukowych nad analizowanym tematem oraz stać się asumptem do wprowadzenia nieuniknionych zmian w ustawodawstwie czy też w regulaminach szkół doktorskich.

The subject of this article is an analysis of statutory regulations concerning the education of doctoral students and their application in the regulations of doctoral schools. The article consists of a comparison of the theoretical part and the practical part containing an in-depth meta-analysis of the regulations of 134 Polish doctoral schools. Within the scope of the analysis, the provisions regulating the rights of doctoral students and doctoral students with disabilities were verified, with particular emphasis on legal regulations and an indication of the doubts arising in this area. The conducted research allowed to compose the results, which in turn may become a contribution to further scientific discussions on the analyzed topic and become a trigger for the introduction of inevitable changes in legislation or regulations of doctoral schools
