In electric power industry various kinds of tariffs are applied depending on a level of voltage, time of day and so forth, caused by various expenses of the power companies. However introduction of the tariffs differentiated on terms of payment, results in occurrence of a disputed situation as the marketing power company aspires to receive payment as soon as possible, and the consumer of the electric power to make it as late as possible. The problem consists in the definition of an optimum interval of the time between the moments of a current consumption and payment for it. As the criterion of the optimality the satisfaction of interests both of the marketing power company and the consumer of the electric power is considered. At interaction of the marketing power company with consumers there is no direct opposition of their interests as each of the participants is not interested in deterioration of a financial condition of the other one. Hence, it is necessary to consider nonantagonistic game of two persons. The use of the arbitration scheme of Nash enables to define an optimum term of the advance payment of the consumed electric power and also to generate a fair distribution of the economy arising in this case between the consumer and the marketing power company.
