The provisions subject to the Constitutional Tribunal’s assessment concern, inter alia, the employment on high rank positions in the Civil Service, the establishment of an employment relationship on the basis of appointment and the conditions and time requirements of work in the context of senior official positions related to the executive power. After analysing the proposed provisions, the author states that they all fully conform to the Polish Constitution.
