Artykuł przedstawia innowacyjny model postdyscyplinarnych badań naukowych i przywołuje przykłady jego zastosowania. Odwołując się do teorii integralnej i modelu AQAL – rezultatu czterdziestoletniej pracy badawczej amerykańskiego filozofa i psychologa, Kena Wilbera, artykuł prezentuje założenia Integralnego Pluralizmu Metodologicznego (IMP), sytuowanego przez badaczy w obrębie mieszanych metod badań. IMP zakłada, że w pełni integralne podejście do badanego zjawiska wymaga wykorzystania ośmiu perspektyw i odpowiadających im ośmiu rodzin metod badawczych. Każda uzasadniona perspektywa wnosi istotną prawdę cząstkową do integralnej syntezy, choć trzeba mieć na uwadze, że niektóre z perspektyw są głębsze i bardziej adekwatne od innych, gdyż zawierają więcej pewników. Każda z metod eksploracji odsłania inny aspekt rzeczywistości, niedostępny dla pozostałych ujęć badawczych. Prezentuje zarys wybranych badań z użyciem Integralnego Pluralizmu Metodologicznego na polu edukacji, psychoterapii, studiów Gender i przywództwa, ukazując tym samym możliwości jego wszechstronnego zastosowania w badaniach naukowych.

This article presents the innovative model of post-disciplinary scientific research and shows examples of its use. Basing on integral theory and AQAL model – which are results of forty years’ scientific work of American philosopher and psychologist, Ken Wilber, the article describes thesis of Integral Methodological Pluralism (IMP), which is being situated by researchers among mixed research methodology. IMP assumes, that full integral approach upon the phenomenon being examined requires using eight perspectives and eight research method categories associated with them. Each perspective brings relevant partial truth into the integral synthesis. It’s worth noting however, that certain perspectives containing more axiom are deeper and more adequate. Each of the exploration methods reveals a different reality aspect, unavailable for other approaches. The article presents selected research using IMP within education, psychotherapy, gender studies, and leadership, thus showing its comprehensive use across scientific research.
