Prezydent miasta na prawach powiatu jest organem wykonawczym miasta na prawach powiatu. W artykule zostały zaprezentowane i omówione regulacje dotyczące zasad wyboru oraz odwołania prezydenta miasta na prawach powiatu, a także oraz jego kompetencje na przykładzie miasta Płocka.

The mayor of the city with poviat rights is the executive body of the city with poviat rights. The article presents and discusses regulations regarding the principle of the election and dismissal of the mayor of the city with poviat rights and their competences on the example of the city of Płock.
