The author of the article, on the basis of Dmitriy Lipskerov’s novel analyses, makes an attempt to ground the opportunity of using such a notion as corporal mimetism in modern lite-rary criticism. The nature of functioning the notion in the aspect of the narrative literary text organization is represented. The conclusion of the theoretical means productivity, their connection with corporal mimetism on the one hand and with the work of verbal art analisis on other hand is made.
