This article describes the process of realization and development of creative potentiality of the teacher as an educator. The issue of the teachers’ development of creative potentiality is a very crucial problem in the education of the Russian Federation nowadays and therefore it requires special attention and elaboration. The authors conclude that this process is depended upon the problems and issues of the pedagogical community which becomes aggravated because of the modernization of education.
