The different scientific approaches near research of gender identity are examined. The results of sociological research of students about qualities, necessary for achievement of success in professional activity are resulted. On results a cluster analysis two models of gender business-identities are allocated. Numerous initiatives of international organizations are directed on support and development of womanish entrepreneurship.
