Could be the „live” architecture, which in principle has to serve the environment and human, classified as an art? Can we consider it both ways: as a sculpture and as a concept of building? This paper answers not only these questions, but also the ones connected strictly with the concept of home and its perception, in the view of Juhani Pallasmaa. Aesthetics redefines itself in the terms of bioart and the “living” architecture. Obviously, this change lies on the path of avant-garde movement, which from the early XX negotiate the content of the idea of art. Due to that, the Spatium Gelatum made by Oksiuta could be a figure of architecture experiment and a reception test of the biological habitual form, which breaks off with the concepts dated back to the beginning of an XX century.
