The author proposes four levels of development analysis: basic economic level, cultural level, identity level and horizontal level. This distinction is confronted with three dimensions of action analysis: the dimension of maximum development, the dimension of situations pressure and dimension of evaluation of dictated conditions by existing. The evaluations have psychological – communicative and economical character.
