Artykuł przedstawia determinanty samorealizacji osobowości w warunkach edukacji dorosłych. Ujawniono cechy organizacji procesu edukacyjnego, biorąc pod uwagę specyfikę edukacji dorosłych, ich wcześniejsze doświadczenia, status. Scharakteryzowano elementy i poziomy kompetencji andragogicznych nauczycieli akademickich prowadzących proces edukacyjny z dorosłymi. Przedstawiono charakterystykę i wymagania dotyczące wdrażania programów edukacyjnych dla dorosłych. a także modele i strategie interakcji. Przeanalizowano elementy wsparcia dydaktycznego edukacji dorosłych. Określone w artykule determinanty samorealizacji osobowości w warunkach edukacji dorosłych warunkują regularną zmianę charakteru działań w procesie uczenia się w oparciu o osobiste doświadczenia słuchaczy, ich indywidualną orientację motywacyjną, a w konsekwencji rozwój niezbędnych kompetencji.

The article presents the determinants of personality self-realization in the conditions of adult education. The features of the organization of the educational process are revealed, taking into account the specifics of adult education, their previous experience, status. The elements and levels of andragogical competence of teachers conducting the educational process with adults are characterized. The characteristics and requirements for the implementation of adult education programs, as well as interaction models and strategies, are presented. Elements of didactic support for adult education are analyzed. The determinants of self-realization of personality in the conditions of adult education, determined in the article, condition a regular change in the nature of actions in the learning process, based on the personal experience of listeners, their individual motivational orientation, and, consequently, the development of the necessary competencies.
