Artykuł jest refleksją na temat podejmowania trudnych decyzji w nieprzewidywalnej i dynamicznej przyszłości. Ma on na celu pokazanie roli i znaczenia decydenta w procesie decyzyjnym, jego kompetencji, umiejętności i doświadczenia, jak również intuicji, pomocnych w podejmowaniu trafnych decyzji. Artykuł pokazuje zawiłość procesu decyzyjnego, wskazując trudność w podjęciu trafnej decyzji w przełożeniu na perspektywę czasową. Im dłuższa perspektywa, tym wydaje się trudniejsze podjęcie optymalnej decyzji z uwagi na nieznajomości nierozpoznawalność przyszłych uwarunkowań

The article is a reflection on the issue of taking difficult decisions in unpredictable and dynamic future. The purpose of it is to present the role of the decision maker in the decision making process, his competence, skills and experience as well as intuition, helpful in undertaking of accurate decisions. The article presents the complexity of the decision making process pointing at the difficulty of undertaking of accurate decision in the context of time perspective. The longer the perspective, the more difficult undertaking of optimal decision due to the fact that the future conditionings are not known as well as difficult to discern. .
