The documents interprets the results of same selected psychological – diagnostically and incentive attributest of students at the college (psychological types, incentive and aspiration attributes, professions). It is affected by the comparison amity students from Linz and University of South Bohemia, Faculty of Agriculture. Finally the report detects the disparities amity students and show influence on the course of pedagogic process.
