Pedagogical conditions of students youth socialization in the conditions of educational and upbringing environment of universities

The actuality of problem was discussed, interacting components of socialization process were determined, the content of key concepts of the problem was discovered, social and educational mechanisms for effective socialization of young students under the conditions of educational environment of a higher educational establishment were highlighted, the theoretical basis of the problem was described and its theoretical significance was found. It is proved that solving problems of students socialization in the conditions of educational and upbringing environment of the universities will promote the following pedagogical conditions: to develop a system of students' self-improvement on purpose to develop their creativity, representation of rights, obligations and interests of students in dealing with administrative departments and public organizations at the universities; adjustment of curators' work of academic groups and organization of their education and experience exchange (methodological meetings, seminars, pedagogical readings, round tables, discussions, training, etc.); the formation of social students service in the college in order to study the state of educational work, needs and interests of students in order to create new strategies and tactics of their social education; organization of work aimed at attracting the students to a variety of activities that promote the growth of students’ socialization; development of organizational forms to encourage each student to self-education and self-improvement (associations, interest clubs, academic circles, debates and discussions, meetings of opponents, evenings of questions and answers, «round tables», meetings with outstanding scientists, artists, exhibitions of works, student theaters, etc.). The special role in the multifaceted process of social formation of the person belongs to the educational establishment, its teachers, who are able to integrate the efforts of all the participants in social education of the individual. They will have to perform tasks set by the society before the modern educational institution, in particular: the formation of a harmoniously developed personality with high moral character, his/her abilities, aptitudes, interests, which will act as a carrier of culture, an active subject of social relations, to encourage the student to self-development, self-realization, self-improvement, to stimulate his/her vocational and educational training.
