Artykuł jest poświęcony zmianom ustawy Prawo telekomunikacyjne w zakresie umów o świadczenie usług telekomunikacyjnych. Przedstawione są dwie podstawowe formy zawarcia umowy: forma pisemna i elektroniczna. W sposób szczegółowy omówiono wymagane elementy umowy, a także czas jej trwania. Opisana jest również problematyka związana ze sposobem zmiany umowy. Wreszcie w artykule przedstawione są zagadnienia związane z wprowadzeniem omawianych zmian życie.

The article is devoted to changes in the Telecommunications Law as regards agreements on the provision of telecommunications services. It presents two basic methods of concluding such agreements: in writing and electronically. The article also provides a detailed analysis of the required elements of the agreement, as well as its term. Furthermore, it discusses issues associated with the manner of amending the agreement. Lastly, the author gives an overview of problems relating to the implementation of the said changes.
