В статье анализируются особенности судебной системы Республики Беларусь, рассматриваются ее правовые основы, приводятся данные о деятельности судов. В заключительной части вносятся предложения по реформированию судебной системы Беларуси с учетом опыта зарубежных стран, в том числе Республики Польша.

The article analyzes the characteristics of the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus, considers its legal basis, shows the data about courts’ activity. In conclusion the author proposes some ways of reforming the judicial system in Belarus based on the experience of foreign countries, including the Republic of Poland.
