The aim of his article is to point out some crucial changing of the demographic structure in EU countries. Changing in demographic structure by age and sex in majority of European country from population young to old is the main impact for new problem in gender society. Innovative social logistics is a challenge for management new zone case by this changing, for creating new better society.
