Quality Management provides a solid foundation of the enterprise. Quality policy is present at every stage of production, supply chain and sales. This is a guarantee of safety and high quality offered product. ISO 9001 is implemented by many companies to improve their image and competitive position. A study conducted in the company showed the benefits of the implementation of the Quality Management System in the field of economic, organizational and marketing.
