In hip-hop street violence is a reoccurring theme. The attitude taken by most performers is one against society, where the world is divided into two perspectives. It is either “I” vs “society” or “we” vs “them.” One rapper in particular has without a doubt taken such a stance, as Jaime Meline's lyrics often cause political upheavals all while directing the barrel of a gun sarcastically at his own artistic work. His story is anything but ordinary, making him another rags to riches character of achievement.
