The inspiration that prompted the authoress of this article to take up the issue of the confrontation was the opinion of representatives of generation Y the views of employ-ers, owners of small medium sized businesses, self-employed for at least five years, regarding their opinions on the representatives of generation Y as employees. The elaboration is moving the issue of work attitudes representatives of generation Y, the considered from the perspective of employers. The article is composed of two parts: a synthetically presented theoretical discusses opinions to representatives of generation Y and mostly how they function in their workplaces and empirical aimed to know the attitudes of employers towards the repre-sentatives of generation Y in the labor market and in particular the organization and what actions should be taken from the perspective of the organization and the wider system and lying in the competence of the legislature to improve their cooperation with representatives of the generation Y. The study involved 46 owners of medium-sized companies, with more than 50 employees, have their own business for at least five years. The results showed concentrate on his career, and low loyalty towards the employer.
