Artykuł ma charakter empiryczny. Przedstawiono w nim pilotażowe wyniki badań na temat wizerunku pracowników wiedzy w wieku 65 plus w oczach studentów uczelni ekonomicznej; wskazuje także na możliwe kierunki badań oraz ich znaczenie praktyczne, szczególnie istotne w kontekście kreowania i wykorzystywania potencjału intelektualnego uczelni wyższych.

The article is of the empirical nature. The authors presented in it pilot findings of the surveys of the image of knowledge workers aged 65+ in the eyes of students of an economic university; they also indicate the possible directions of research as well as their practical significance, particularly important in the context of creation and exploitation of the intellectual potential of universities.
