The article presents an interdisciplinary research related to challenges in the management of logistics, production and traffic. It informs that production, logistics and traffic face particular challenges, and the dynamic adoption of new technologies with high responsiveness are the reason for the complexity of an integrated production, logistics and traffic model. Topics discussed include supply and demand, decision support systems and information technology.
