Aleksander Nawarecki investigates the life space of Upper Silesia: starting from the objects of everyday use to poetic texts in a micrologic way. The main figure of Nawarecki’s Silesian phenomenology is “lajerman”, that is, a lyrist because Upper Silesia in essays written by the author of Lajerman, equals music and a beautiful effort of life affirmation.

Aleksander Nawarecki étudie l’espace de vie de la Haute Silésie par une méthode micrologique; en commençant par des objets de l’utilisation quotidienne pour finir aux textes poétiques. La figure centrale de la phénoménologie silésienne de Nawarecki est « lajerman », c’est-à-dire un joueur d’orgue de Barbarie. La Haute Silésie revient dans les essais de l’auteur de Lajerman comme la musique et un bel effort de l’affirmation de la vie.
