There were two conceptions of its territorial shape in Poland: incorporate launching by Dmowski’s camp and federative of Pilsudski’s political camp. Pilsudski wished there had been a country being federation of nations risen on the remains of Russian Empire in which Poles would played the leading role. The peace negotiations conducted by Poland with Soviet Russia confined possibility of federative conception to be introduced and Ryski treaty dated 18 March 1921 excluded it utterly. By virtue of this treaty part of Lithuanian – Belorussian territory was incorporated into Polish state. The other Belorussian lands were included to the Belorussian Republic which was entirely depended on Soviet Russia.
