W opracowaniu przedstawiono zagadnienie przedsiębiorczości akademickiej. Autorzy wyodrębnili i sklasyfikowali kluczowe bariery hamujące rozwój komercjalizacji wiedzy i technologii do świata biznesu, a także ograniczające rozwój przedsiębiorczości akademickiej. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań przeprowadzonych przez Deloitte Business Consulting SA w zakresie ograniczeń wpływających na transfer technologii.

The article presents the problem of academic entrepreneurship. The Authors have identified and classified the key barriers to the development of commercialization of knowledge and technology to the business world, as well as those restricting the development of academic entrepreneurship. The results of a study conducted by Deloitte Business Consulting SA in terms of restrictions affecting the transfer of technology were presented.
