The article presents the issue of shaping remuneration for public procurement related to construction works. In the first part of her article, the author discusses the factors that influence its price. These are direct and indirect costs, profit and Value Added Tax. In the later part of the article, she presents the manners for setting the payment for this type of procurement, with references to the judicature of courts and the National Appeals Chamber (Polish: Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza, KIO).
