The initial theoretical thesis and content of basic proposals of the concept of adaptive management are presented in this article; the adaptive approach development in innovative educational management is determined by permanent changes in educational system connected with its modernization. The adaptive system of education, determined by necessity of innovative economics and innovative society interests, students’ interests and opportunities, suggest adaptive management.
