Głównym celem badań była próba wykorzystania indeksów produktywności TFP (Total Factor Productivity) Hicksa-Moorstena do badania produktywności i efektywności rolnictwa w skali regionalnej oraz przyczyn ich zmian. Badania obejmują lata 2010 – 2012. Obliczenia wykonano w podziale na województwa. Dla każdego województwa obliczono indeksy produktywności TFP Hicksa-Moorstena. Dekompozycja obliczonych indeksów na kilka alternatywnych miar efektywności pozwoliła również na określenie przyczyn zmian pomiędzy poszczególnymi okresami badań.

The main purpose of the research discussed in this paper is used to calculate productivity and efficiency in agriculture with Hicks-Moorsteen Total Factor Productivity (TFP) indexes. Productivity and efficiency have been identified at the regional level, indicating the reasons for the changes. The calculation period covers 3 years (2010-2012). Hicks-Moorsteen (TFP) indexes was calculated for each Polish province. The TFP index decomposition analysis into measure of efficiency change allowed to identification determinants between periods of calculation.
