The article modifies the problem of modern higher education and vocational training specificity masters. The training of the masters specific category of «Pedagogy of higher school» in Ukraine is in the restructuring of educational content, improving the programs, training courses and new courses that meet the skill level graduate, contributed to the formation of basic professional skills. The content of the subjects does not fully reproduce the contemporary realities of society; insufficient attention is paid to the promotion of self-masters; in addition, the educational process does not always take into account the peculiarities of the subject-control. The content of educational courses «Theory and practice of higher education in Ukraine» has submitted the themes of lectures and seminars. It is found that subject-subject management of teaching process is the interplay of the subjects (the teachers and students) of the educational process that is carried out on the basis of the subject-subject interaction for spiritual and intellectual enrichment of the participant’s process. The author defines the pedagogical conditions of implementation for the masters: the process of studying the psychological and pedagogical disciplines cycle course «Theory and Practice of Higher Vocational Education in Ukraine» during the teaching practice and constant interaction on the basis of subjectivity in the terms of the educational environment of the institution. It helps to master the students with a basic understanding of the theory and practice of the subject-subject management of teaching process their skills such an interaction and the use of a control technology of communication, to develop motivation and capacity for reflection and self-assessment in the context of the success of the subject-subject management of teaching process. For effective management of the subject-subject management of teaching process, first of all, you must possess specific knowledge and acquire professional skills that a future teacher must be prepared to the subject-subject management of teaching process. The effectiveness of educational process largely determines the actions of the teacher – the subject of the educational process that directly affects each of its components. The formation of his motivation, skills and ability to self-improvement, his arms effective method, instilling a sense of subjectivity in the pedagogical process is a complex task, which can perform only a real expert, a teacher specially prepared for the subject-teaching process management.
