Artykuł dotyczy kluczowych założeń koncepcji sieci węzłów transportowych na potrzeby Wspólnej Polityki Bezpieczeństwa i Obrony. Prace nad przedmiotową koncepcją zostały zainicjowane w ramach Europejskiej Agencji Obrony, natomiast w marcu 2017 roku podpisane zostało porozumienie w przedmiotowej kwestii. W artykule wskazano potencjalne korzyści i ryzyka wynikające z wdrożenia projektu.

The article concerns key assumptions of the transportation hubs network concept for the EU Common Security and Defence Policy. The conceptual works have been initiated by the European Defence Agency, and in March 2017 an agreement was signed on that issue. This article outlines the potential benefits and risks of the project implementation.
