The chapter comprises discussion on interorganizational system development problems. At first, authors define what interorganizational information system is and in what aspects they could be analyzed. The second part includes consideration of integration problems on different organizational levels. Then authors present firms' IT solutions applicable for integration of information systems. The purpose of this article is to present experiences and recommendations on IOS technologies and processes.
