Carbon risk has serious implications for the activities of management, investors, creditors and other stakeholders in the financial world. This article presents a method enabling the measurement of carbon risk, using an example of the largest Polish corporations operating in the energy market which are theoretically highly exposed to carbon risk due to their high consumption of combustible fuels in the process of producing energy.
