В тексте представлены условия создания и деятельности Областного управления Союза польских патриотов в Станиславове в 1945–1946 гг. Это была одна из особых струк­тур организации, созданной по инициативе советской власти и под ее покровительством, ибо формировалась на территории, которая, по планам Москвы, после войны должна была отсоединиться от Польши в пользу Советского Союза. Функционирование станиславов­ского Областного управления в очень сложных условиях привело к относительно низкой эффективности деятельности организации. Предпринимаемые действия в большинстве случаев были временными, краткосрочными, запланированными лишь до момента пере­селения польских граждан и возврата части культурного наследия. The article examines the circumstances surrounding the establishment and functioning of the District Board of the Union of Polish Patriots in Stanyslaviv in 1945–1946. It was one of the special structures of the organisation, which was established through the initiative and under the patronage of the Soviet authorities. It was founded in a region which, as Moscow assumed, would be taken from Poland and incorporated into the Soviet Union. As the Board functioned in very complex circumstances, the work of the organisation was not very effective. The measures it took were largely ad hoc, short-term, planned only for the period until the resettlement of Polish citizens and restoration of some of the cultural goods. They were characterised to a large extent by uncertainty resulting also from the organisation’s financial problems. Translated by Anna Kijak
