The author argues against some topics of the se ssion organized by the Historical Monuments Documentation Centre in February, 1969 fsee, „Ochrona Zabytków”, vol. XXII (1969), No 1 p. 68]. According to his opinion there is quite a considerable number of organ-builders in this country being capable to undertake the tasks connected with preservation and restoration of ancient organs. Mr. Bielawski, a representative of the Centre, answering the letter received in this connection, expresses the view that the Polish organ-builders’ workshops could undertake the job prov'ded that they will act under strict supervision of a body composed of experts in the field.
