Abstracts

W artykule omówiono zagrożenia fizyczne i cybernetyczne w odniesieniu do systemu elektroenergetycznego Unii Europejskiej. Przestawiono cele, motywy działania oraz ataki głównych grup terrorystycznych na światową infrastrukturę elektroenergetyczną. Elektroenergetyka jako część infrastruktury krytycznej pełni kluczową rolę w funkcjonowaniu państwa i społeczeństwa, a jej ochrona jest priorytetem Komisji Europejskiej i krajów członkowskich Unii Europejskiej.
