The progressing globalization process causes intensification of competition that requires a constant response to the changes in the organizations environment. The response to these changes are certainly modern management methods, which may include, among other things outsourcing. The growing importance of outsourcing in today's business makes it an important management tool that covers more and more non-production processes and functions which include the business processes in the organization. The aim of the paper is to indicate an importance of usage the business process outsourcing as a method in the modern management of the enterprise.
